h. Understand and acknowledge the scheme of “Credo Point” update on specific activities to be updated on Candidates mails registered with us. Candidates shall also acknowledge to receive reviews from associated Business/ Recruiters which are available on the our platform.

i. Agree to provide Candidates personal reviews on associated Business/ Recruiters which shall be available on the our platform. Candidates shall also be asked to involve into verification process of “CredoTree” in order to add verified data on our platform.

j. Understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the Website or any of their affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, operational service providers, advertisers or suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from the use of the Website or this terms of use, including, but not limited to, compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages.

k.
